2. Purpose of the service
Guololo is a web platform that allows businesses to manage bookings for their services and allows end users to register and make appointments with those businesses.
Guololo acts exclusively as a technology platform intermediary and does not intervene in the contractual relationship between the business and the end user.
3. Acceptance of the terms
Access, registration, and use of Guololo implies express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If the user does not agree with any of these texts, they must refrain from using the platform.
4. Access and use conditions
4.1. Users
Use of Guololo is permitted only to persons over 16 years of age.
Each business may set a different minimum age for the provision of its services and is responsible for compliance.
4.2. Registration
To use certain functionalities, it is necessary to create an account.
The user guarantees that the information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
The user is responsible for safeguarding their access credentials.
5. User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Use Guololo in accordance with the law, good faith, and public order.
- Not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Not introduce false or offensive content or content that violates third-party rights.
- Not attempt to access systems, accounts, or data of other users without authorization.
Guololo reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these conditions.
6. Business obligations
Businesses that use Guololo undertake to:
- Be responsible for the accuracy of the information published about their services.
- Comply with applicable regulations on consumer protection, data protection, and sector-specific rules.
- Properly manage bookings made by end users.
- Act as data controllers for their customers' data, in accordance with the GDPR.
7. Booking operations
Bookings made through Guololo constitute an appointment request between the user and the business.
The business is solely responsible for accepting, modifying, cancelling, or providing the booked service.
Guololo does not guarantee the availability, quality, or result of services offered by businesses.
8. Communications and reminders
Guololo may send communications related to service operation, such as booking confirmations or reminders, by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, provided the user has given consent when required.
These communications will be informational and operational, not promotional, unless express consent is given.
9. Intellectual and industrial property
All intellectual and industrial property rights in the platform, its design, source code, texts, logos, trademarks, and other elements belong to RedBlueCode S.L. or licensed third parties.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or modification without express authorization of the owner is prohibited.
10. Disclaimer of liability
Guololo will not be liable for:
- The quality, legality, or performance of services offered by businesses.
- Damages arising from service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure.
- Errors derived from information provided by users or businesses.
- Third-party content or services linked from the platform.
11. Personal data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which the user declares they know and accept.
12. Changes to the terms
Guololo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be published on the platform and will indicate the date of the last update.
13. Duration and termination
The user may stop using Guololo and request deletion of their account at any time.
Guololo may suspend or cancel access to the platform in case of breach of these terms.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by current Spanish and European legislation.
In case of conflict, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile when the user is a consumer, or to those of the owner's domicile in other cases.
